“For over 30 years FLWR has assisted Lutheran World Relief in its ministries of healing and hope. Your area contributes mightily and faithfully to the quilts, health kits, school kits, sewing kits, layettes, soap and fabric distributed to people in need in many parts of the world each year. In 2009, LWR delivered 1,371 tons of these items worth $13.5 million to 742,560 people in 22 different countries. The number of quilts alone numbered 378,050!”
