Annual Luncheon

The 33rd annual luncheon will take place at Manzo’s Banquets, 1571 S. Elmhurst Rd., Des Plaines, Illinois, Friday, April 16, 2010 at 11:30 A.M. All, both men and women, who are interested in the work of LWR are welcome to attend. There is ample parking and the dining room is very accessible—one floor with no steps and an entrance ramp for wheel chairs.
 

 

The luncheon speaker will be Daniel Lee, the Marketing Director for LWR in Baltimore, Maryland. As a frequent speaker and preacher for LWR he seeks to passionately connect the Christian life of faith with a global perspective of faithful response to human need. “My vocation compels me”, says Lee, “to share the stories of communities—in relationship with God and in relationship with one another.”

   

Tickets are $18.00 each which includes tax and tip.

Tables for the luncheon seat ten, and reservations for groups can be made by indicating your church or group choice.
